Authorized Delegates Reporting
The Department of Financial Institutions would like to remind licensees that reporting additions, changes, or terminations of authorized delegates must be done pursuant to the timing requirements of WAC 208-690-120. The Department would also like to remind licensees that pursuant to WAC 208-690-035(4), they must receive prior approval for Authorized Delegates physically located outside of the state of Washington. Please see the section on Authorized Delegates below for more information about complying with updated Authorized Delegate reporting requirements.
