Annual Assessment Reminder –April 15 Deadline
The annual assessment filing deadline for Check Casher and Payday Lender licensees is quickly coming! The deadline is April 15, 2023. Licensees must file and make payment through the Department’s online filing system. In order to avoid late fees and penalties, all assessment reports and payments must be filed by the deadline. It is strongly suggested to start the filing process early to ensure a timely filing.
