Jacob Monson Receives 2024 Examiner-In-Charge of the Year Award
Congratulations to financial examiner Jacob Monson who received the 2024 Examiner-In-Charge (EIC) of the Year award from the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators (AARMR). Each year, AARMR’s Multi-State Mortgage Committee (MMC) identifies licensees for multi-state exams. The exams are led by an EIC who coordinates examiners from participating states and serves as the primary point of contact between the licensee and the join exam team.
Jacob took on the role of EIC for a recent MMC exam. He demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by:
- Effectively guiding the team through the examination process
- Coordinating multiple people, all working remotely
- And ensuring everyone received the information they needed to conduct a thorough review.
Two additional examiners, Thomas Humphries and Lindsay Stenger were also recognized for serving as EIC on a MMC exam in 2023-2024.
