The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has received complaints from consumers against a company that appears to be misrepresenting themselves as a Washington business, All Out Trucking LLC.

The consumers reported that a company using the name “Kittitas All Out Trucking” (not a licensee) offered to provide escrow services.

A consumer reported that they attempted to purchase a Recreational Vehicle (RV) from “Kittitas All Out Trucking” (not a licensee) through a Facebook advertisement. The consumer reported they were directed to wire funds to several cryptocurrency exchanges by someone claiming to be Dalton Jaekel, owner of All Out Trucking LLC.

After the consumer paid the purchase price and an extra fee for an increase in the value of the RV, the consumer did not received the RV nor a refund.

“Kittitas All Out Trucking” (not a licensee) is reported to be operating as an unlicensed escrow service provider. “Kittitas All Out Trucking” is not licensed by the DFI, and is not registered to conduct business in Washington State by the Department of Licensing, the Department of Revenue, or the Secretary of State. 

DFI warns Washington consumers that before doing business with a financial service provider the consumer should:

Make sure that the entity is licensed.  Consumers can use the “Verify a License” feature on DFI’s website at www.dfi.wa.gov to check whether a payday or consumer loan company is licensed to conduct business in the state of Washington.

Not provide any personal information, such as social security number or bank account number or access if the company is not licensed or authorized to conduct business.

Please note that “Kittitas All Out Trucking” (not a licensee) should not be confused with the following company licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington through the Secretary of State, Department of Revenue, and/or Department of Licensing.
