BitWorldFX Ltd (BWF) Not Incorporated In Washington

The State of Washington Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) has received information that BitWorldFX Ltd. (BitWorldFX), a purported forex trading platform, misrepresents on its website that it is incorporated in the State of Washington.

The website posts a fake Washington State Certificate of Incorporation. BitWorldFX is not incorporated in Washington State. Consumers can check if an entity is incorporated in the state of Washington by searching for the entity here: https://ccfs.sos.wa.gov
