Formal administrative actions taken by the Division of Banks (the “Division”), can be taken separately or jointly with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) or Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (“Federal Reserve Board”), against Washington State-chartered Banks, their Bank Holding Companies, Trust Companies and Affiliated Persons.
The Division may take administrative action when a Bank, a Bank Holding Company, and/or Affiliated Persons have violated the Commercial Bank Act, Title 30 RCW, or Mutual Savings Bank Act, Title 32 RCW, or other applicable law or regulation.
Items appearing on this website may be subject to an administrative hearing or other proceedings under the Administrative Procedures Act, Chapter 34.05 RCW.
