Allegations

  • In October 2024, Xue Feng Construction Inc., owned by Xuefeng Jiang, received a transfer of $20,694.13 from a Washington resident.  The Washington resident believed this transfer was for unpaid taxes on profits from foreign exchange currency trading.
  • In reality, the platform the Washington resident was using was fraudulent, with no actual trading activity. 

The Respondents failed to respond to a subpoena for information relevant to this transfer.
