Allegations
- From approximately 2022 through 2024, the Respondents offered unregistered Mauritius Brown and Mauritius Tea franchises in the State of Washington.
- In 2022, the Respondents offered and sold two unregistered Mauritius Brown franchises in Washington State and collected $92,000 in initial franchise fees.
- Respondent Sujin Yeom misrepresented his affiliation with the South Korean company Seojin F&B Co., Ltd. by telling prospective Washington franchisees that he was their Mauritius Brown brand representative in the United States when in fact no such relationship existed.
- The Respondents did not provide prospective franchisees with Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
