Q1 MSB Call Report Filing Deadline Extension
Licensees who need to file the Q1 MSB Call Report will have additional time to do so. The Department granted a 30-day extension for filing the Q1 report that was originally due May 15.
Review your numbers prior to filing and/or make any amendments as necessary to ensure complete and accurate information.
Money Transmitters and Currency Exchangers Annual Assessments
Keep an eye out for information about this year’s Money Transmitter and Currency Exchanger Annual Assessments. The Department will provide information via email to the primary company contact in NMLS. Annual Assessments are due by July 1 of each year.
Authorized Delegate Reporting
If you have authorized delegates, be sure you stay current on your reporting. The reporting of any change to authorized delegates must happen within 30 days of the change.
