Below is a list of some of the local banks and credit unions offering assistance and programs to government workers. If your bank or credit union is not listed, that doesn't mean they aren't offering assistance. Please contact your bank or credit union right away to let them know you have been impacted by the shutdown.

Baker Boyer offers a simplified loan program to support federal employees and their families during this difficult time.

Bank of America
If you or someone you know needs help, we have a priority assistance phone line that you can contact at 844.219.0690.

Banner Bank
Banner Bank encourages its customers impacted by the government shutdown to call 800-272-9933 to speak to a representative.

If you are a BECU member impacted by the government shutdown and would like more information, call 800-233-2328 to speak to a representative.

Cashmere Valley Bank
Cashmere Valley Bank is offering a free payroll advance program for federal workers.

Chase encourages its customers who are employees of or do business with, a U.S. federal agency and whose income is affected by the shutdown call the special care line at 888-356-0023. 

Coast Guard Mutual Assistance (CGMA)
CGMA is providing financial lapse assistance to all Coast Guard Personnel, military, and civilian.

First Federal
First Federal is offering a Government Shutdown Assistance Program to eligible First Federal loan customers.

Navy Federal Credit Union
You may be eligible for government shutdown assistance if your pay is impacted. Contact Navy Federal for more information.

North Coast Credit Union
North Coast Credit Union has a number of resources for their members affected by the government shutdown, but one of the most important actions they are encouraging members to do is to contact Member Service Contact Center at 1-800-696-8830 or come into a neighborhood branch to find out what resources and solutions will be most beneficial.
