The Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI) warns consumers to verify the license of any lender with whom they consider doing business.
DFI received a complaint from a consumer that alleged Everest Cash Advance began charging a renewal fee regarding any unpaid balance pertaining to an online payday loan. It was alleged that this fee was not disclosed until after the loan was obtained.
This company has been associated with the following address: PO Box 556, Nevis, West Indies. This company has also been associated with the email address: customerservice@everestcashadvance.com and telephone number 866-794-3244.
