An elderly individual saw an advertisement on social media to perform beta testing for StarSpark Stargate AI Strategic Partner Investment Advisory’s AI crypto program. The individual was given $500 to test the investment platform and instructed via telegram messages to make trades on the platform, coinbridge.me. Following several weeks of trades that purported to generate significant profits, the individual signed an agreement with Alpha Stock Investment and invested approximately $43,000 of her own funds and was told to expect a 400% return. When she went to withdraw the funds a few weeks later, she was told she would need to make an additional payment of approximately $41,000 to withdraw her investment and profits. The individual did not make any additional payments, and her funds were not returned.
