A Washington resident invested $3,115 with Coinbm on their trading application. The investor believed they were investing in bitcoin through the application and was informed that trades had been made on their behalf. The investor was unable to withdraw funds from their trading wallet and has not received any further communications from Coinbm. Coinbm appears to operate exclusively via a trading application that users download on their phones.
