Alleged Cryptocurrency Trading Platform IINVESTWFG Appears to Be Engaged in Fraud

The investor transferred funds from their crypto wallet to INVESTWFG and is now unable to withdraw them.  The investor then paid a ransom fee to unfreeze their account.  After paying the ransom fee, they were told they needed to pay an additional ransom fee as their account had been flagged for money laundering. 

How to Report

If you believe you are a victim of this alleged cryptocurrency scam:

• Report to FBI
• If you are outside Washington State: contact your local Securities Regulator
• If you are a Washington State resident: Submit a Complaint for statistical purposes.
