• Foreclosure Fairness Act (Mediation Program)
  The Foreclosure Fairness Program provides homeowner foreclosure assistance. It is designed to help homeowners and their lenders reach a resolution through mediation, if necessary.
• Washington Homeownership Information Program
  Assistance and information for Washington homeowners who are struggling to make their monthly mortgage payment.
• Washington State Housing Finance Commission
  A publicly accountable, self-supporting team, dedicated to increasing housing access and affordability and to expanding the availability of quality community services for the people of Washington. The commission offers free first time homebuyer classes.
• Washington Homeownership Resource Center
  A not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) agency that helps low to moderate-income households in Washington State achieve the dream of homeownership.
• US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
  HUD is a federal agency working to strengthen the housing market and protect consumers from fraud. HUD offers housing information and certified housing counseling for those thinking of buying a home or struggling to make their payments.
• Association of Washington Housing Authorities
  Housing Authorities work to provide affordable housing to residents. Contact your local housing authority to learn about their programs.
• Neighborworks
  NeighborWorks America works to create opportunities for lower-income people to live in affordable homes in safe, sustainable neighborhoods.
• Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle
  The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle (ULMS) Housing Department provides direct service programs and resources to individuals and families who lack knowledge, understanding, and access to pertinent financial education that can result in homeownership.
• El Centro De Le Raza
  El Centro De Le Raza offers Seattle’s Latino community housing assistance and home buyer education classes.
• Spokane Neighborhood Action Programs (SNAP)
  SNAP’s housing programs helps Spokane residents acquire or sustain decent, affordable housing.
• Community Housing Resource Center
  Vancouver’s Community Housing Resource Center provides quality education and counseling services to help residents buy or stay in their own home.
