(5300 Call Reports)

Below you will find information from the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions on how to access credit union financial reports.

What are 5300 Call Reports?

5300 Call Reports are a quarterly listing of summarized accounts collected from all Federally Insured credit unions. Call Reports for Washington state-chartered credit unions, may be found on the website of the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The NCUA is the Federal deposit insurer for credit unions.

Call Reports are filed about 30 days after the end of each quarter. The public may access these reports directly from the NCUA website.

How to Access Call Reports

  1. Go to http://cuonline.ncua.gov
  2. To see all credit unions located in Washington (both FCU for federally-chartered credit unions, or FISCU for federally-insured Washington state-chartered credit unions), simply type "WA" into the state field, then select "find". Or type in your search by name, then select "find".

Next to the credit union of your choice, select "view", and from that credit union home page, click on the "call reports" tab.
  3. For downloadable information in PDF or Excel formats, you can conduct a custom query. From the home page, click on the 2nd tab entitled "Credit Union Data and Applications"; under the Applications and Data section, select "Custom Query". Under "Search Fields", select "state", keep "equal to", then type in "WA". Now select the data you wish to retrieve. You may then download the data to a spreadsheet on your computer.
