Legislative Update

Updates to laws and rules of interest to Division of Consumer Services' licensees.

Washington Legislature
As of March 24, 2011, the following legislative proposals are still being considered by the Washington State Legislature.

• Senate Bill 5075 & House Bill 1191- Changing the expiration dates of the Mortgage Lending Fraud Prosecution Account MLFPA.
