Licensee Database
To find information about companies currently licensed by the Division of Consumer Services, search the licensee database.
Search Tip: When searching the database for a mortgage broker or lender, if you don't find the company you want by searching mortgage brokers, try searching by "consumer loan company."
Licensee List - Current As Of July 16, 2008
DFI also maintains an excel spreadsheet of companies licensed by the Division of Consumer Services called the licensee list.
The licensee list is provided as an alternative to the licensee database and is not as current as the licensee database. The licensee list is updated monthly.
Because this list includes individual broker names, you must agree to the terms of its use per RCW 42.56.070(9).
Terms of Use:
- I will not, at any time, use this list for commercial purposes unless I am an educational provider. As an educational provider, I may use this list to alert designated brokers about professional education opportunities.
