Uniform Money Services Act – Defining Larger Participants
About: DFI has filed a CR-101 seeking to amend the rules (chapter 208-690 WAC) under the Uniform Money Services Act. Rulemaking is needed to clarify for the industry which industry participants will seek state licensure through the multistate licensing system (NMLS).
