Late License Renewal
for Consumer Loan Companies, Mortgage Brokers, and Loan Originators
On Saturday, December 31, 2011, all non-renewed Washington Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), and Consumer Loan licenses expired.
This means those companies, branches or individuals who don’t have an approved renewal can no longer operate in Washington.
If you or someone you know is not able to renew by December 31, there is a late renewal opportunity.
