Financial Education at BCC
Bellevue Community College (BCC) has received a grant of $150,000 from the Investor Protection Trust to develop classes that teach the basics of saving and investing. BCC is the first community college to receive such a grant and will be a model for the rest of the nation.
Mission
Financial Education at Bellevue Community College was formed out of the collaboration of national and state organizations to spread and improve the objective financial education of people in the State of Washington such that its citizens will be better able to achieve their financial goals and enhance their financial security.
